Successful Faith is a faith-based apparel brand offering clothing, accessories, digital materials, and related products.

Successful Faith does not directly store your complete credit or debit card information.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and fulfillment are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Because many Successful Faith products are made to order, production time may be required before an order ships.
Delivery dates and shipping estimates are not guaranteed.
Successful Faith is not responsible for carrier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Our return and refund practices are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Because many products are made specifically for each order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges resulting solely from:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Selecting the wrong color
- Change of mind
- Personal preference regarding fit
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
9. Digital Products and Bonuses
Successful Faith may provide digital products, downloadable resources, prayer guides, or other digital bonuses.

Digital products and complimentary downloads are generally non-returnable once delivered, except where required by law.

The Successful Faith name, branding, artwork, apparel designs, graphics, logos, written content, photographs, digital resources, and other original materials are owned by Successful Faith or used with appropriate authorization.
Unless we give you written permission, you may not:
- Copy our designs
- Reproduce our artwork
- Sell unauthorized copies of our products
- Use our branding commercially
- Republish substantial portions of our content
- Misrepresent yourself as affiliated with Successful Faith
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property appearing on that product.
11. Third-Party Services
Our store relies on third-party services that may include Shopify, Printful, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and other technology providers.
Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not own or control.
12. Reviews and Customer Content
If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment, or other content to Successful Faith, you represent that you have the right to submit it.
You may not submit content that is unlawful, deceptive, threatening, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
If you specifically authorize us to feature your submitted content for promotional purposes, we may use it in connection with Successful Faith marketing.
